Terms of Service

By installing or using SignFlow eSignature, you agree to these terms with Themoonknows.

Service

SignFlow creates simple electronic signatures and audit certificates. It does not provide Qualified Electronic Signatures, notarization, legal advice, or a guarantee that a signature method is sufficient for every document or jurisdiction. You are responsible for obtaining consent and choosing an appropriate signing method.

Plans and billing

The Free plan includes three signing requests per calendar month. Pro costs $25 per user per month for unlimited requests. Prices include mandatory fees shown by us; Dodo Payments handles checkout, tax, receipts, renewals, and refunds as merchant of record. Pro renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel with a single email to hello@themoonknows.com or through the payment-management link supplied by Dodo.

UK consumers may have a statutory 14-day cooling-off right. Mandatory consumer rights in your country continue to apply.

Acceptable use

Do not use SignFlow for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized documents, or to infringe another person's rights. Do not probe signing links, bypass rate limits, or interfere with the service.

Your documents

You retain rights to your documents and signatures. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process, store, stamp, and return them as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Themoonknows is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
